Enquiry and contact data
Name, email address, and phone number when you submit an enquiry form on our website or contact us directly.
Booking and account data.
Information you provide when registering through our booking platform, Mindbody, including contact details and appointment history.
Health and assessment data
During your Neuromuscular Assessment and ongoing sessions, we collect information about your physical health, injury history, and movement assessment findings. This is "special category data" under UK GDPR and is treated with additional care — see "Our legal basis" below. Paper consultation forms are scanned and stored securely on your client profile.
Payment data
Payment details are processed via Mindbody and its connected payment provider. We do not store full card details ourselves.
Website usage data
When you visit our website, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. This includes:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram advertising measurement)
- Google Analytics (site traffic and usage statistics)
- Google Ads (advertising measurement and remarketing)

Our legal basis for processing
- Contract: processing needed to deliver the training and rehab services you've booked (booking data, payment data).
- Explicit consent: required specifically for health and assessment data (UK GDPR Article 9). We ask for this as part of your onboarding paperwork.
- Consent: for non-essential cookies and marketing/advertising tracking, collected via our cookie banner.
- Legitimate interests: for basic site analytics and keeping records that help us run the business safely and effectively.
- Legal obligation: for financial and tax records we're required to keep.
Who we share your data with
-Mindbody — our booking, client management, and payment platform.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — receives website interaction events (e.g. form submissions) for advertising measurement. This does not include your health or assessment data.
- Elfsight — powers the Google reviews widget on our site.
- Google — Analytics (site statistics), Ads (advertising measurement), and YouTube (embedded videos).
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA (for example, Meta in the US). Where this happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiry data that doesn't convert to a client relationship: 12 months
- Client health and assessment records: 7 years after the end of your client relationship with us.
- Financial records: as required by UK tax law (currently 6 years)
Your rights

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure of your data (subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
