We have a magnificent team of exercise specialists, who are incredibly experienced at designing rehab exercises to get you feeling better, while progressively getting you stronger.  

Then we will discuss and develop a bespoke plan to ensure you are progressing on the right path. We've created a calm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable.

1. PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT

Your physical assessment is key to understanding the root cause of your issue.  We assess your joint range of motion and do specific muscle testing to give us the information we need to design your bespoke programme.

2. EDUCATE AND UNDERSTAND

The results from your physical assessment help us to understand why you might be experiencing pain in a specific area of the body. We take our time to thoroughly explain your issue so you can understand it. This can give you the confidence to tackle it head on.

Then our focus shifts to getting you where you need to be.
Our exercise specialist will guide you through your tailored sessions using our rehab equipment. Once we've got you better we then focus on how to make your body more resilient so you can continue doing the things you love.
