1. BIOMECHANICS ASSESSMENT

Your assessment will  pinpoint everything from specific injury pain to muscle and joint weakness. An optional nutrition assessment follows with the aim to put you back in control of your health.

2. BEGIN PROGRAMME

Next, you’ll train with your exercise specialist, starting with isometric muscle testing and resistance training using specific rehab equipment. This personalised program aims to activate and enhance your muscle and joint function.

3. CONTINUE YOUR PROGRESS

Then, focus shifts from your old issues and you gradually gain the strength to move forward towards your next goal. And it all happens in an environment designed to boost your motivation in our boutique Strength House studio, in the heart of the City of London.
