Every client journey at Strength House begins with understanding. From there, we build a programme that is entirely personal to you — progressing at the right pace, in the right order, for your body.

Step 2

Consultation & Neuromuscular Assessment

90 minutes with Greg or Paul. We begin by assessing how freely each joint moves — looking at your current range of movement to understand where restrictions may exist. We then use our specialist muscle assessment to identify which muscles may not be activating as they should, and which may be stepping in to compensate as a result.

Clients often tell us they leave the assessment with a genuine understanding of what their body needs — and a clear path forward.

The Four Phases

A structured journey back to full strength

Each phase builds on the last. Progress is measured, deliberate and entirely personal to your body.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4

Restoring Connection

Restoration Phase

The first four weeks are the most critical part of your programme — and the most complex to deliver.

Using the findings from your assessment, we test and retest specific joint positions and muscle responses, working to encourage better communication between your nervous system and the muscles that may not have been activating as they should. Where we see positive responses, we begin to introduce targeted exercises — gently loading those specific muscles to see how your body responds.

This is where your bespoke programme begins to take shape. We add exercises only when your body tells us it’s ready.

Phase 2 · Weeks 5-8

Building Strength

Structural Adaptation Phase

With your programme now established, Phase 2 is where your dedicated exercise rehab specialist takes over — guiding you through each session with close attention to exercise setup, technique and loading.

Every exercise in your programme has been designed specifically for your body. Your specialist ensures each one is performed correctly and progressed at the right pace — building genuine strength through the muscles that need it most.

If at any point something isn’t quite working as expected, we can rebook you in with Greg or Paul to reassess and make any necessary adjustments.

Progress in this phase is measured and deliberate. We’re not chasing numbers or pushing for rapid gains. We’re building a foundation of genuine strength that your body can sustain — and that supports lasting change.

Phase 3 · Weeks 9-12

Increasing Tolerance

Building Joint Tolerance & Muscle Strength

By this stage your body is beginning to respond. The muscles we’ve been working with are starting to take on more of the load they were designed to carry — and the compensations that may have been contributing to your symptoms are beginning to reduce.

We progress the loading further, introducing new exercises to explore how your body responds as it gets stronger. The goal here is to increase your joint tolerance and build the specific muscular strength that prepares you for the demands of everyday life — and the activities you’ve been missing.

We continue to monitor and reassess throughout. Every decision is based on what your body is telling us — not a fixed timeline or a predetermined plan.

Phase 4 · Weeks 12-16

Full Body Resilience

Building Full Body Resilience

Phase 4 is about future proofing your body.

With the target muscles now working more effectively and your strength building progressively, we widen our focus — developing full body strength and resilience that supports you well beyond the early stages of your programme.

This phase goes beyond recovery. It’s about building a body that is strong, balanced and capable — one that is better equipped to handle the demands of daily life, sport and activity as you get stronger and more resilient.

For many of our clients, this is where the real transformation becomes clear. Not just in how they feel, but in what they’re able to do again.

Commit to the full journey

Clients who commit to the full 16 week programme benefit from a reduced monthly rate — our way of recognising that commitment and supporting you through the complete journey.

The full programme takes you through all four phases — from restoring neuromuscular function, through progressive strength building, to full body resilience. Each phase builds on the last, and the results compound accordingly.

Payment is monthly, with no upfront lump sum required.
