Our standard rate os £140 per session. We also offer monthly packages, 6-month and 12-month programmes with added value (like bonus sessions or discounts when paid in advance). Why the premium? Because every session is one-to-one, fully tailored, and based on years of expertise in neuromuscular training. Think of it as an investment in longevity. Our clients regularly tell us the real cost was waiting too long to start.
How long are the sessions?
60-minutes. Many of our busiest clients (CEOs, lawyers, founders) find the 60-minute format, is the ideal time to deliver results without disrupting their schedule. Others prefer 60 minutes for deeper progress. Either way, every session is planned with precision to get maximum results in minimum time.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all. In fact, most of our clients come to us because they’ve struggled to stay consistent, have aches and pains, or feel like they’re starting from scratch.Your programme is designed around where you are right now, not where someone else thinks you should be.You don’t need to be fit to start. You just need to start to get fit.
What if I already have an injury?
That’s exactly why our method exists. Most gyms or trainers will work around your injury. We assess the root cause, strengthen the weak links, and rebuild your resilience so the injury doesn’t keep coming back.
